Complaints procedure

The Recovery College undertakes to try and resolve fairly any complaints and difficulties you may have while you study with us. Where possible every attempt will be made to resolve the matter locally, informally and quickly. Concerns should be raised with the Co-ordinator informally first.  Formal concerns can be raised through the complaints handling procedure which can be found online at: All complaints, both verbal and written will be acknowledged and resolved as sensitively as possible by the Co-ordinator.
