Hello to all our Recovery College students
We hope that you are all well, and managing in this difficult time. Now is the time to put all the self-management strategies you have learned into daily practice.We know that those of you who are less online will be less connected and we are encouraging as many of you as possible to connect with what we are doing online. It’s all about learning.
1. ZOOM On Tuesdays we are doing a Live Zoom meeting at 1.00pm , this week with tutor John McCormick.Just click on the blue link below, around 12.45 and follow instructions to download Zoom, enable audio and enable video. You will be able to listen in or chat Jeanette will be waiting to welcome you.

2. FACEBOOK We are trying to be creative with ways to communicate with you all. Facebook is a really good way to get information to you quickly. Even if you have never used Facebook it is worth installing on your phone, tablet, computer or laptop.
